Refunds are only available for defective products or undelivered products.
Please test and inspect the PCB or product within 30 days of receiving it and notify the shop within 60 days of delivery.
Returns for functional products will require the customer to send the product back to Krado Industries at the customer's expense. Only upon receiving the returned product will a refund be issued.
Exchanging a product (for example exchanging a 1.5u plate for a 1u plate) is possible, but all shipping must be paid by the customer.

PCBs and other products on this sit are meant for DIYers and some amount of troubleshooting is expected. PCBs ship with working firmware, but may require updating firmware or reinstalling firmware to use with preferred remapping programs (VIA, Vial). Any user installed firmware that bricks the PCB (causes the PCB to become inoperable) or user inflicted physical damage will be considered user inflicted damage and will not be covered for refunds or returns.
